1. 适用范围

本隐私政策适用于您访问本网站、注册账号、登录账户、使用装箱计算、保存装箱记录、购买套餐、申请发票、联系我们、使用企业方案或 API 服务时,我们对相关信息的处理活动。

本政策不适用于第三方网站、第三方软件或第三方服务。通过本平台跳转到第三方服务时,请您自行阅读并理解其隐私政策。

2. 我们收集的信息

为提供、维护和改进服务,我们可能收集以下类型的信息:

  • 订单与发票信息:套餐、额度、订单号、支付状态、金额、币种、开票抬头、税号、邮箱、收票信息和您提交的发票资料。我们不会主动收集或保存完整银行卡号等由第三方支付机构处理的敏感支付凭证。
  • 咨询与支持信息:您通过表单、邮件、企业咨询、技术支持或其他沟通渠道提交的姓名、联系方式、公司信息、需求描述、问题反馈和沟通记录。
  • 设备与使用信息:IP 地址、浏览器类型、操作系统、页面访问、功能点击、请求时间、错误日志、性能日志、Cookie、localStorage 或类似技术产生的信息。

This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information you provide or generate when using MAXCUBE services.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies when you access this website, create an account, sign in, use load computation, save load records, purchase a plan, request an invoice, contact us, or use enterprise solutions or API services.

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, software, or services. When you access a third-party service through the Platform, please review that third party's privacy policy.

2. Information We Collect

To provide, maintain, and improve the services, we may collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: username, phone number, email address, company name, registration region, preferred language, account status, plan status, and sign-in method.
  • Verification and security information: verification code sending records, sign-in time, sign-in IP, device and browser information, abnormal access records, and risk-control logs.
  • Loading business data: cargo names, dimensions, weight, quantity, color, cargo type, stacking/support/orientation rules, container or vehicle specifications, loading strategy, and computation parameters entered or imported by you.
  • Load result data: generated load plans, 3D view data, utilization rates, unloaded cargo, loading guides, exported files, history records, and related statistics.
  • Order and invoice information: plan, quota, order number, payment status, amount, currency, invoice title, tax number, email, recipient information, and invoice materials submitted by you. We do not intentionally collect or store full card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials handled by third-party payment providers.
  • Consulting and support information: name, contact details, company information, requirement descriptions, feedback, and communication records submitted through forms, email, enterprise inquiries, technical support, or other channels.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, operating system, page visits, feature clicks, request time, error logs, performance logs, cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, or similar technologies.

3. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • Create, sign in to, verify, and manage your account.
  • Complete load computation, generate 3D visualization plans, save load records, and export loading guides.
  • Identify your plan, quota, permissions, enterprise service configuration, and API eligibility.
  • Process orders, payment status, invoice requests, after-sales communication, and customer support.
  • Troubleshoot system errors, improve algorithm performance, optimize page experience, and enhance service stability and security.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, attacks, bulk registration, abnormal calls, or violations of the Terms of Service.
  • Send verification codes, service notices, order notices, system notices, important rule updates, or information you request.
  • Comply with laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, dispute handling, audits, and compliance obligations.

We do not sell your loading business data to third parties, and we do not publicly display your specific cargo lists, load plans, or enterprise business data without authorization.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We may use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, or similar technologies to maintain sign-in state, save language preferences, improve page loading, connect the loading workflow, identify security risks, and collect basic usage statistics.

You can clear or limit cookies and local storage through your browser settings. If disabled, sign-in, language switching, loading workflow continuity, payment, or some interactions may not work properly.

5. Sharing and Third-Party Processing

We share information only when necessary, lawful, and appropriate, including:

  • Providing necessary information to SMS, email, cloud, payment, invoice, customer support, security, risk-control, or infrastructure providers.
  • Disclosing information as required by laws, courts, administrative authorities, or regulators.
  • Using information as necessary for complaints, disputes, audits, security investigations, or rights protection.
  • Providing necessary information in connection with mergers, divisions, acquisitions, asset transfers, financing, or similar transactions, while requiring continued protection no less protective than this Policy.

Except as described above, we do not sell your personal information or enterprise loading business data to third parties without your consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for the shortest reasonable period necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless laws or regulations require or permit a longer period. For example:

  • Account information is generally retained while your account exists.
  • Order, invoice, and payment records are retained as required for finance, tax, audit, and compliance.
  • Load records may be retained only for certain quantities or periods based on plan, quota, or Platform rules.
  • Security logs, error logs, and access logs are retained as needed for system security, troubleshooting, and compliance.

When information is no longer needed and no legal, compliance, dispute, or security retention requirement applies, we will delete, anonymize, or otherwise reasonably process it.

We take technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the services, including access control, permission management, transmission protection, log auditing, backups, anomaly monitoring, and confidentiality requirements.

No internet environment is absolutely secure. You should protect your account, password, verification codes, API keys, and devices, and avoid sharing credentials with unauthorized persons. If you discover account or data risks, please contact us promptly.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, supplementation of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or request account deletion, withdrawal of consent, restriction of processing, or information about processing rules.
